More on the 2010 NBA Playoffs

Lebron is KingYa see. When things are on the line. Your true colors show above all others. And even though some teams made it into the first round of the NBA playoffs, we see in the second round, who really wants it.

First off, King James is doin what he is supposed to be doin, even with the hurt arm. I don't care if he had that arm tied behind his back, he'd probably still be able to be the best out there. 21 points in the first? That's common for the playoffs.... NOT! Stroking those jumpers for all those haters sayin his weakness is his shot. And help from Jamison is always welcome in my book. Now don't get it twisted, I love the Celtics too. With Jesus Shuttlesworth on ya team, aint much can go wrong. But the king is getting the best of them right now. I think there may be one or even two more wins from the Truth and the Celtics, but Lebron and Shaq daddy gonna take that series all the way.

Kobe Bryant and Deron Williams"I think Lebron set the tone for the whole game. And we had no answer for him." - Doc Rivers

And of course, KB24 and his squad are sittin on a nice lead in their series. I'm not too convinced from the wins that the Lakers had this season were what they wanted. Sometimes you take what you can get, which is good in the season, but during the playoffs, it's a bit more series. Kobe missing game winners against the Thunder but luckily with a good supporting cast, Gasol had his back. Thunder need to get a big man. Maybe they can get one in the upcomming draft, or Durant needs to go to another team. But I'm proud of the Thunder, whether they change it up next year or not, they are still in a good spot to be successful.

Gorgan Dragic - Phoenix SunsAnd it seems like the Jazz also don't have that extra help to get past the Laker hump. They need to be tougher than the Lakers and find ways to get them off of their game. Cause when they're on it, they are really good. Best record in the West. 2nd best in the league. That's impressive in any book. I think they will definitely move past the Jazz, don't know if it will be a sweep or not. Very possible. I say the Jazz may get a win, but thats the most.

The Spurs. Wow. What has happened? Are they done? I know they're done this year, but I mean are they done done? Like, finished... Blowing an eighteen point lead is not something that I know the spurs to do. And it's not everyone. Manu did his thing. He was pretty consistent even with the patch on his face. Hitting shot after shot after shot. It seems like Tony Parker can't do much if Tim Duncan isn't having a good game himself. As a team terrible at the free throw line tonight, and allowing Steve Nash's backup to drop 28 points in the second half. I can't even spell his name without searching for it in Google; Goran Dragic. Wow! Only if he could dunk. He would have probably had at least 5 dunks in the 3rd quarter alone. Kudos goes to him on a job well done tonight. I was not expecting to see that. Amare and Richardson didn't even play in the 4th quarter at all, after being down by 18 earlier in the game. The Spurs can't be serious. No team has ever came back from 3-0 in NBA history, and I don't see the 2010 Spurs being the first to do so.

Kobe vs. Lebron 2010 NBA Playoffs

Hawks. Magic. Not a chance for the Hawks. The Magic have an easy first two rounds because they are much too strong for the teams they are playing. I even see signs of an old guy I knew by the name of Vince Carter. Taking it really strong to the hoop and finishing hard. But consider there hasn't been much of anyone there to stop him. You can't expect Horford to be the one to do it. Although, Horford had a really good game, and even the "Drive of the Day" on ESPN's SportsCenter that night. But like I said, Magic, too strong. Dwight howard was almost perfect until halfway through the game, even with the foul trouble. I think that's going to be something that travels with him throughout his career. He's something like Shaq; hard to call on, but because he's so much taller than the other players. They will move on to win that series and face, most likely, the King.

This year is still going strong. We get to see some teams move past some old burdens such as the Suns who have had so much trouble with the Spurs over the past and the Cavs who are matched against another strong competitor for the title.

Who said that this game couldn't get better?
